Refund Policy :

This policy is developed to prevent any problems that may occur during and after the sale or purchase process.

Terms and application of refund policy:

●       Products can be easily returned if they are in the same condition as received.

●       Products cant be refunded that have been consumed, opened, used, washed, or

are not in their original condition.

●       Products cant be refunded if they  have defects, damage, shortage in quantity, or do not match the same condition as received.

●       The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, including shipping and customs fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount."

●       The refund amount for the returned goods will be issued upon the arrival and receipt of the goods first in Egypt."

●       The return period for products is 7 days from the receipt of the goods.
